Hi, I’m Carly and I run the Vualto Technical Support Desk. I am responsible for ensuring that all your support calls are fixed as quickly as possible according to your agreed SLA. If you have an issue, please see the links below explaining how you can contact us.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday  (The office is closed during Bank Holidays)

Any support issues can be logged during this time and will be responded to within the times stated in your Service Level Agreement.

Out of Hours

Any support issues out of hours can be logged and will be dealt with on the next working day. Please log your support issue in one of the following ways:

If you have an out of hours support contract then please call this number for critical issues only. If you do not have an out of hours support contract then please do not call this number as you will be charged.
